5 Healthy ways to get a (Jersey Shore) Memorial Day weekend glow
Ditch the tanning beds and lather on the sunscreen this year; there are a few healthy ways to get a nice tan this summer-kick-off weekend.
On better days, you have to admit, Snooki does have a pretty good tan.1. Apply a self-tanner. It is a better alternative than baking in the sun for the first time this season and getting fried.
2. Spray tan. Ok, it may be a little more expensive than lying on the beach for a few hours but a spay that fades over time is definitely healthier than ultraviolet sunburn.
3. Schedule your tanning times. The sun is at its hottest from 12 noon to around 3 oclock in the afternoon. Stay out of the sun at this time!
4. Eating carrots is known to improve your Vitamin A. This wont give you that Jersey Shore tan but it can help brighten your completion.
5. Remaining pale, of course is your best option. Who said being tan is better than being your normal skin-tone? I say stay out of the sun to stay looking younger and less wrinkled!
